Overview
I was a little surprised with my visit on lavaplace.com. I expected millions of profiles with thousands in the local area I live in. Not at all. It felt as if there were very locals on the site. And those were registered had not signed on for months. One has got to wonder, do people even go to lavaplace?

$29.95 per month; a three-month membership is $16.99 per month; and a one-year membership is $12.99 per month.
Features 
One is able to search for members on line and also see how long its been since a member has been signed in. VERY helpful to know the last sign in date.

Summary
This site reminds me of a very firm and bouncy balloon animal from a birthday party - three days later. The air is out of the site and it is a little floppy. I didn't mind that, per se. I much prefer a more simple and laid back atmosphere than say, a slick site with Nigerian scammers and Russian prostitutes. For the price however, I imagine most people are looking for a lot more r at least what the majority of dating sites offer.
The fact it is an international site is very appealing. But the appeal is lost when a lot of the profiles have not signed on for months. The site does not have a lot of traffic, sadly. It should but it needs to have the air blown back in to it.
