The Good* Updated recently so it looks fresh and newer * 1-800 customer service number 24/7 * Seemingly matchable and less spammers and scammers than other sites.
The Bad* A little bit heavy on ads on the site *. The Compass Matching feature with the paid membership was time consuming to fill out.
Christianmingle.com is decent for an online dating site. Within an hour, I had over 30 inquiries by what appeared to be actual people and not fake profiles. Half of them were in my area code and most had photos for me to browse - so this site is the real deal.
One-month is $29.99; three-months is $50.97 total; and six-months is $83.94.
The free membership is extensive in that the profile is very jam packed with information and takes some time to complete. However, a free membership will not permit one to communicate with other members. A paid membership includes communication with other members such as emailing and chatting. Also included is message boards and the Compass Matching feature, which is utilized by very thorough questioning so that match making is accurate.
Searching is done by gender, age, location, who is on line, photos, recently updated profiles, keywords and Compass Matching.
Christianmingle.com is the real deal in that I had some very serious matches. Most were okay, too.
I also really dug the 24/7 toll free number for customer service. Most sites have a non existent customer service department or one that is available only on week days or through email only.
This site has an online bible to peruse and it seems like the most Christian minded out of all dating sites out there so far (since my reviewing has begun.)
Therefore, I give it kudos for being the real deal and for its customer care department. I think the online ads need to be lessened on the site, however. I felt a bit like a customer because of that and less like an individual profile.
